Currently, the commercial health insurance companies have participated the social medical insurance fields. This study discusses the three intervention modes in current practice, and makes a proposal to improve participation of commercial health insurance in the social medical insurance on the base of the feasibility that commercial health insurance involved in social medical insurance.
