Higher education of Intellectual Property Strategy is an important element in China and the medical profession as a law is different from traditional legal profession emerging profession, the teaching of intellectual property law has its own characteristics. This article explores the teaching of intellectual property law from the teaching content, teaching methods, principles and teaching of law for medical professionals, and made several recommendations.
