This study investigated the effect of clinical pathway management on shortening of mean hospitalization day of patients with uterine leiomyoma by comparsion of data from patients with or without clinical pathway management, and analyzed the related limitation for application of clinical pathway mangement,to consequently provide evidences for official application and further expanding of clinical pathway management.
