    Abstract:

    Positive responces of readers’comments could effectively increase their satisfaction, which would be helpful for library to improve its service level and quality. In the current study,the questionnaire was used to investigate the students’ comments and suggestion for the construction and service lvevl of library,which were then sorted into three parts including collection resources,environment and facilities,management and service. Finally, the suitable proposals were provided for the improvement of library construction and service quality.
