Recently,crises of confidence in doctor－patient relationship occur frequently,medical disputes and medical alarm events are ceaseless. Medical practice environment has been seriously affected,while medical staff has burnout and decision－making of quasi－medical career has declined,and medical science brain has been grave drain. As a result,perfecting the relevant legal system and rebuilding the doctor－patient trust are the fundamental policy to optimize the occupation environment.
