Due to the cognitive autonomy,rich emotion and unique behavioral attribute of the new period college students, the moral education needs a new approach. Empathy,respect,enthusiasm,sincerity of psychological education should be applied to moral education, and only through combination of both, the ideological and political quality should be improved and the effective conduct of moral education should be ensured.
