Team－based learning (TBL) in education of medical ethics course is not only accordant with teaching rules,but also according to the trend of moral development. There is an argument in teaching practice,and the positive effect is higher than the negative effect. In order to enhance and improve team－based learning in education of medical ethics course,the article gave some suggestions that limited the object and area of TBL,made possible methods to remedy the defect of TBL,and let medical students think over the modern characters,localization and culture features of medical ethics
