At present, the majority of younger Chinese medical personnel has high professional quality and personal morality, while the moral situation of the minority of them has a worrying trend. The article introduced the current state of the morality of the medical personnel and presented a brief logical analysis of the causes, then explored how to strengthen the ethical standards of medical personnel from the following aspects, such as the ideal and faith, institutional framework, behavioral science, hospital culture and team construction.
