Noble medical ethics is the core component of values of medical students. The article analyzed the significance of the construction of integrity culture of university on the early education of medical ethics of medical students, advanced to bulid the “first line of defense” in the values of medical students by extending the meaning of honest and clean university culture and innovating the carrier of integrity culture.
