Medical students,taking medicine as occupation career,need the ability of interpersonal communications. Even in the system of the international medical education,interpersonal communications ability has been hardly required,which is the social expectations of the medical personnel as well. However,the survey we did before found that there were restrictions of the interpersonal communications ability of medical students. The article analyzed the cause of current situation,including the lack of both theoretical knowledge and practical experiences of interpersonal communications,as well as the leading functions of school and families.
