The article made an empirical analysis of training and using of the student standardized patients (SSP) by the students’ organization of simulating clinical diagnosis and treatment, simulation clinic society in Nanjing Medical University. It focused on the four progress( choice, training, test and implication) of SSP. As a result, great advantages of SSP had been found, that were low input, solid clinical knowledge, and huge quantity. In addition, SSP had been proved to inspire great interest of clinical practice of medical students as well.
