Based on domestic health service, this article attempted to explore the strategic cooperation joint development mechanism between hospitals for direction, and put forward the innovative 3-stage model:“resources transform → incubation → benefit deepen”. Taking medical university hospital for the study, through surveys and statistical analysis, the authors advised the operation mechanism of strategic cooperation joint development between hospitals should provide theoretical support and intuitive data reference for the actual work.
