Independent college has become an important component of China’s higher education, and the development of independent college needs further exploration. According to the existing unreasonable position and universal problems of personnel training, this article started with constitute elements of personnel training objectives, put forward several principles which independent college should follow, emphasized the concrete objectives and content of personnel training, then abstracted the general definition of personnel training objective of independent college.
