Dominated with medicine-related subjects, medical universities and colleges were still weak in the humanistic quality of education due to its comparatively less cultural atmosphere, insufficient class hour and teachers, and unreasonable class schedule. This article made practical analysis in teaching environment, content, method and teachers of humanity education in surgical education, and the research showed that the humanistic quality of medical students was improved.
