Objective:To analyse the positive and negative aspects of using campus card on financial management information and put forward some reasonable proposals. Methods:Literature research combined with data analysis were used,and the risks and its influencing factors in the process of using of campus card were analysed. Results:Campus card played an important role in promoting the university information system,improving the standardized management of school fees,and helping prevent malicious arrears. Conclusion:According to the actual situation,universities should develop an appropriate management approach,strengthen the training of financial staff,and constantly improve the level of financial management.
