Young faculty plays a vital role in the development of medical schools. In the article,the status of young faculty team at some medical schools in Jiangsu province had been surveyed to know the issue of the development of qualified teachers,and strategies and proposals had been brought forward to strengthen the construction of the young faculty team at medical schools.
