Objective:To understand the trend of residents’ health literacy in Jiangsu province through the continuity surveillance over the years. Methods:The health literacy levels in different factor,such as age,gender were analyzed. And all the data was standard analyzed using statistical software. Results:Overall,the health literacy level was improved steady,and the similar trend was happened in different gender,education and age groups,but the changing trends were not exactly same in different group. The improving range of students’ correct recognition was higher than the residents in Jiangsu province. Conclusion:In recent years,the trend of residents’ health literacy was advanced. However,the intervention strategy should be enacted according to the different characteristic of the residents,and the institutionalization of regular intervention and evaluation work of the basic knowledge and skills of residents’ health literacy should be carried out.
