    Abstract:

    Beginning teachers of medical colleges are characterized by the role change from students to teachers. It is important for self-development and improving the teaching quality that beginning teachers accommodate new work environment and improve teaching quality. Beginning teachers should adjust mental attitudes,change roles and accommodate new work environment through pre-job training. Under the guidance of teaching tutors and high qualification teachers,beginning teachers could master the teaching characteristics and methods of self-discipline as soon as possible. For the first time,beginning teachers need to arrange content of courses carefully,avoid the cramming teaching and speaking speed,and promptly summarize after class. Through these endeavors,beginning teachers could accommodate new work environment quickly and improve the teaching quality step by step.
