In recent years,academia,media and government paid huge attention to the problem of medical insurance payment system reform from different angles. The academia studied the payment methods continuously,and obtained many achievements. This paper summarized the viewpoint of scholars,analyzed the necessity of the reform,classification of the payment methods and the development trend,and then evaluated the scholars’ research progress in the final.
