National food safety events have sprung out in recent years,which reveal defects in domestic “farm to table” food industrial lines as well as its supervision. Beginning with the study of safe supervision mode of food supplied for Hongkong,the paper analyzed condition and issues of national food supervision system. In view of valuable experience about Hongkong food and domestic current political and economic environment,the paper also showed relatively appropriate way of reformation in food safety supervision regime and pointed out reasonable,scientific,systematic optimization and suggestions.
