The implementation effect of doctor’s multi-sited license is affected by many factors. We sought to analyze and classify the factors which affect the doctor multi-sites license by applying fishbone diagram. The main impacting factors include policy factors,organizational factors and personal factors. To steadily promot the implementation of doctor’s multi-sited license,it was suggested to promote the policy by improving laws and regulations,establishing a supervision system,modifying physician evaluation system and enhancing physician awareness of the law.
