Recently,a series of food safety events showed that there were still some urgent problems on our current food safety supervision pattern in actual operation,such as the consultative and coordinating mechanism and the joint participation of the whole society mechanism. Compared to the high security factor of the Hong Kong’s food,the above questions were particularly crucial. The paper draws on the successful experience of safely supervising the food in Hong Kong,and provides the countermeasures of the reform of our food safety supervising model.
