The employment problem of independent college students has become the social focus, and improving the employment competitive ability has become the important content of talent training strategy. SWOT model was used and SWOT matrix was constructed in the article to analyze the internal factors and external factors of employment competitiveness of independent college medical students, then the strategy was explored according to the talent training mode of independent college.
