The setting of the professional degree of clinical surgical-specialty medicine,which is one of the most significant initiatives in the fields of medical degree management and medical graduate education,takes on an important task to train high quality professionals for society. We explored the training mode in clinical surgery postgraduate,and emphasized on the combination of several aspects in the training of clinical surgery postgraduate,which including the clinical skills training,the scientific innovative ability training,the physician-patient communication skills training,the personal comprehensive quality training,and the English proficiency training.
