Vocational guidance is a process of providing advices, guidance and help to job seekers, keeping employment stability and promoting career development. On the basis of the traditional medical students’ vocational guidance, through consulting literature, questionnaire and descriptive research method, the study explores the new ways, new mode and new methods of medical students’ vocational guidance.
