The article evaluated the usage of three major kinds of large medical equipment and the economic benefits of PET/CT (including equipment revenue, cost analysis, payback period analysis and break-even analysis) in a three A level hospital, then proposed the suggestions from three aspects, such as how to improve the economic efficiency of medical equipment, management level and social benefits of the hospital.
