The article reviewed the reason for establishing department of health education,the course setting and the training effect in Jiangsu Institute of Medical Administration in the period of the Republic of China,and then put forward the unique feature of health education section in some respects,such as students,education idea,and theory with practice. It had the certain enlightenment significance on cultivating talents of modern health education.
