    Abstract:

    Objective: To explore the happiness status and its related factors of medical graduates, and provide an evidence to improve subjective well-being of medical students. Methods: 260 medical graduates and PhD students of Nanjing Medical University were randomly selected as the research sample,and analyzed by the general well-being scale. Results: Subjective well-being scores of medical graduates were in the mid to upper level, which were higher than the national norm. There were significant differences in terms of gender. The scores of life satisfaction and interest, energy,relaxation and tension had significant difference in different age groups, and these scores of PhD were higher than the graduates. Conclusion: Gender, education and age have some effect on subjective well-being of medical graduates.
