Whether system construction of department of infection control is adaptable to the clinical needs,department of infection control really plays its function in clinical,the existing management system is smooth and the control measures are carried out,there are difficult problems for the government to formulate relevant policies. Through visiting some medical institutions and holding informal discussions,problems of current management of hospital infection are found and the deep-seated reasons are analyzed. All in all,the team and discipline construction of infection control should be strengthened,work mode of infection management committee should be changed,training and test mode should be optimal,and the input of infection control should be increased.
