    Abstract:

    The article analyzed the status and the characteristics of medical educational mode of the United States,Japan and Canada,emphasized on recruiting students,educational system and degree,curriculum and teaching,explored the origin of historical and cultural about medical educational mode of the three countries,then discussed the necessity of dialectical unity about universality and individuality,tradition and transformation among the development of medical education of the three countries. Through the above research the article approached a new perspective for understanding and studying medical education of our country.
