The article summarized the managerial experiences of clinical practice of the foreign students studying in Nanjing Medical University over the years,analyzed the results of a questionnaire to the students of Grade 2007 just completing internship,diagnosed the problems that existed in the access system and teaching methods of clinical practice and the pre-internship intensive training,then explored a quality assurance system on the clinical practice.
