The management of high-value consumables in most hospitals is still a low level management,which failures to adapt the expansion of hospital group management model such as “regional health group”. However,the rapid development of medical information provides a strong technical support to improving the management level of high-value medical consumables. The article designed and developed a digital high-value consumables management system to achieve a goal of detailed management of high-value consumables. By using the system,the high-value consumables management became standardized,fine,informative and intelligent in the hospital group,the administrative costs and distribution costs were significantly reduced,and the management efficiency and quality were dramatically improved.
