Abstract:Objective: To develop a LC-MS method for the determination of EXH-1626 in rat plasma. Methods:Using carbamazepine as internal standard (IS),plasma samples were deposited by blood precipitation reagent(methanol∶5% zinc sulfate =70∶30,V/V) before sampling and determined by injecting 5 μl supernatant to LC-MS system. Chromatographic condition:the analytes were separated on a Han Bang ODS C18(5 μm,150 mm × 4.6 mm) analytical column with acetonitrile and 10 mmol/L ammonium acetate(using acetic acid to make pH = 3) (70∶30) as the mobile phase. Analysis was performed at a flow rate of 0.6 ml/min and the column temperature was 30℃. Mass sapectum determination was performed in electrospray ionization(ESI) mode and the selected ion monitoring(SIM) mode,EXH-1626 was monitored at m/z 453.3 and internal standard at m/z 274.3. Results: The linearity of EXH-1626 concentration curve was in a range of 5~1.0 × 104 ng/ml,r = 0.999 7,and the lowest limit of quantification(LOQ) was 5 ng/ml. The RSDs of inter-day and intra-day were less than 10%,absolute recoveries were greater than 70%,and relative recoveries were between 90% to 110%. Conclusion:The method is proved to be fast,precise,sensitive,convenient,and suitable for determination of concentration and non-clinical pharmacokinetic study of EXH-1626.

Abstract:It is generally accepted that behavior choice is consistent with behavior; it is uniformity between knowledge and practice. But rational decision and rational implementation is not uniform,there is a gap between knowledge and practice. This is because the decision needs rationality,implementation also needs rationality,but rationality is limited. Therefore,rational limitations embodied in two aspects of cognitive constraints and limited executive power. Due to limited capacity of rational implementation,principle of least effort is more effectively than rational principles to explain repetitive behaviors. Lack of chronic disease prevention behavior is not just due to the limited cognitive rationality,and the limited capacity of rational implementation is too. Increasing individual awareness and action capacity are important measures to address lack of chronic disease prevention behavior.

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the expression level of long noncoding RNA MEG3 in gastric cancer tissues and cell lines,and to study the effect of up-regulation of MEG3 expression on gastric cancer cells proliferation and its possible mechanisms. Methods:Quantitative reverse-transcription PCR was performed to detect the relative expression of MEG3 in gastric cancer cell lines and tissues. pcDNA-MEG3 was transfected into BGC-823 cells and MGC-803 cells to down-regulate MEG3 expression,and quantitative reverse-transcription PCR was used to test the transfection efficiency. MTT and colony formation assays were performed to detect the effect of MEG3 on gastric cancer cells proliferation. Western blot assay was used to test the expression level of p53 protein in MGC-803 cells and BGC-823 cells transfected with pcDNA-MEG3,respectively. Results:This study showed that MEG3 was lowly expressed both in gastric cancer samples and cell lines compared with their corresponding normal tissues and cell lines. The expression level of MEG3 in SGC7901,MGC-803 and BGC-823 cells were 73.6%,42.0% and 27.1% of that in normal gastric epithelium cell GES-1,respectively(P < 0.05). Transfection of pcDNA-MEG3 significantly increased its expression in BGC-823 cells and MGC-803 cells,respectively,252 and 311 folds compared with control cells(P < 0.05). MTT and colony formation assays indicated that up-regulated MEG3 inhibited BGC-823 and MGC-803 cells proliferation. Western blot assay showed that the expression level of p53 protein was significantly increased in MGC-803 cells and BGC-823 cells transfected with pcDNA-MEG3, compared with the control group,respectively. Conclusion:Down-regulated MEG3 could promote gastric cells proliferation,probably by inhibiting the activation of p53 protein,and thus affect the development and progression of gastric cancer.

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effect of S100A16 on weight gain process and development of obesity and obesity related diseases. Methods:Rats aged 8 weeks were randomly divided into normal diet group(NF,n = 10) and high-fat diet group (HF,n = 10) to establish a diet induced obesity (DIO) rat model. After feeding for 14 weeks,intraperitoneal glucose tolerance test (IPGTT) and insulin release test (IRT) were performed in rats. After feeding for 16 weeks,rats were sacrificed and subcutaneous and visceral fat weights were measured. Then,HE staining method was used to observe the degree of liver steatosis,and radiation immunity analysis was used to detect serum biochemical indicators,such as blood sugar,insulin,serum uric acid. Western blot was performed to detect the expression of S100A16 and glucolipid metabolism related protein expression of transcription factors in adipose tissue. Results:The weight and visceral fat of rats in the DIO group were significantly higher than those in the normal group. The serum total cholesterol and uric acid in the DIO group was higher than normal glucose tolerance,and insulin release was lower than that of the normal group. Western blot showed that in liver and fat tissue of the DIO group,S100A16,PPAR-γ and C/EPB-α expression were significantly higher than those of the normal group. Conclusion:High fat diet can increase the expression of S100A16 and related expression of transcription factors;S100A16 over expression can promote lipid production and obesity,and result in a negative impact on insulin release and insulin sensitivity.

Abstract:Human eggs are invaluable in the field of human assisted reproduction because of they are precise,scarce,personal and ethical. Due to the restriction of egg sources and the increased egg demands of medical research,egg supply is always not enough for medical treatments. To ease up the contradiction of egg supply and demand,some countries are exploring various supply models which can consistent with their own culture. Compared to egg-donation and egg-trade,egg-sharing is the ideal model for egg supplement,which is more in accordance with bioethical principles of beneficence and justice. At present,China has begun to practice the model of egg-sharing. However,the system construction is incompetent. We should learn more helpful experiences from foreign countries to build a perfect model for egg sharing.

Abstract:Objective:To explore the improving effect of Salvianolic acid A (Sal A) on pressure overload-induced cardiac dysfunction and ventricular remodeling in rats. Methods:The pressure overload rat model was established by transverse aortic constriction(TAC). The Sal A was applied at the concentration of 5 mg/(kg-d) by gavage for continuous 12 weeks,and some rats with pressure overload were treated with the same volume of saline. The rats were assigned into 4 groups:Sham-saline,TAC-saline,Sham-Sal A and TAC-Sal A. Twelve weeks later,hemodynamic conditions,heart function and heart anatomy indicators were analyzed among 4 groups. Hematoxylin-eosin (HE),Masson's triple staining and specific fluorescent probe DHE were performed to analyze the morphology,fibrosis and reactive oxygen species levels of myocardial cell. The protein levels of apoptosis related genes were evaluated by Western blotting. Results:Compared with the Sham-saline group,TAC operation led to a decrease of heart rate,mean left ventricular systolic pressure,left ventricular pressure maximal rate and protein level of Bcl-2 (anti-apoptosis gene),and an increase of left ventricular end-diastolic pressure,cardiac diameter,collagen volume fraction,heart weight ratio,myocardial fluorescence intensity and protein levels of Bax and Cleave caspase-3 (pro-apoptotic gene). After the treatment with Sal A,the above indicators got attenuated. However,there were still significant differences on mean systolic pressure of left ventricular,heart weight ratio,cardiac diameter,collagen volume fraction and protein levels of apoptosis-related genes between the group of Sham-saline and the group of TAC-Sal A(P < 0.05). The treatment with Sal A had no effect on the indicators of Sham rats. Conclusion:Sal A can improve pressure overload-induced cardiac dysfunction and attenuate and protect ventricular remodeling including myocardial hypertrophy,fibrosis and apoptosis.

Abstract:Objective:To construct recombinant eukaryote expression vector containing Gal-3 gene and detect protein expression in NIH/3T3 cells. Methods:Gal-3 gene was obtained by PCR from cancer cells. PCR product of Gal-3 was then clone into the eukaryote expression vector pEGFP-N1,then the recombinant vector pEGFP-Gal-3 was transfected into the NIH/3T3 cells. After the transfection of the recombinant vector,the protein expression of Gal-3 in NIH/3T3 cells was detected by Western blot. The effect of Gal-3 on cell proliferation was investigated by MTT assay. Results:The recombinant eukaryote expression vector encoding Gal-3 was constructed restriction enzyme analysis and nucleic acid sequence successfully. The expression of Gal-3 in NIH/3T3 cells transient transfected by recombinant plasmid could be detected by Western blot. In addition,Gal-3 protein could promote the proliferation of NIH/3T3 cells. Conclusion:The new recombinant expression vector pEGFP-Gal-3 was constructed and expressed successfully in NIH/3T3 cells of rats. Furthermore,our study found that Gal-3 protein could promote the proliferation of NIH/3T3 cells.

Abstract:In Flynn vs. Holder,the court held that the hematopoietic stem cells taken from the blood by peripheral blood stem cell apheresis were a subpart of the blood rather than a subpart of the bone marrow,resulting that the compensation ban in National Organ Transplant Act was not applied to peripheral blood stem cell apheresis. Though this decision had some defects,it allowed the compensation for bone marrow donation,which would bring some positive policy significance. China should allow compensation in the area of marrow donation by peripheral blood stem cell apheresis because of social policy’s priority over the law of nature. Therefore in China,Blood Donation Law,rather than Organ Transplant Regulation,should be applied in the area of donation by peripheral blood stem cell apheresis.

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the mechanisms of cardiac fibroblasts aging and fibrosis induced by advanced glycosylation end-productcs(AGEs). Methods:Neonatal rat cardiac fibroblasts were incubated for 72h with AGEs(200 μg/ml),anti-RAGE antibody (2 μg/ml) and TGFβ/smad signaling pathway inhibitor (SB431542,10 μmol/L). Senescence-associated beta galactosidase activity and p16 expression were observed;MMP-2,TGF-β1 and p-smad2/3 were measured by Western blot. Results:After intervened with AGEs for 72 h,senescence-associated beta galactosidase activity and the level of p16 in the AGEs group were significantly increased compared with the control group(P < 0.01),accompanied with significant increases of the expressions of TGF-β1,p-smad2/3 and MMP-2. However,senescence-associated beta galactosidase activity and the expression of p16 were remarkably down-regulated after the pretreatment of anti-RAGE antibody and SB431542 compared with those of the AGEs group,meanwhile,the levels of TGF-β1,p-smad2/3 and MMP-2 were also significantly decreased. Conclusion:We conclude that AGEs could induce cardiac fibroblasts aging through binding to its receptor RAGE,and cardiac fibrosis induced by TGF-β/smad pathway could be involved in this process.

Abstract:Objective:This study was aimed to investigate the effects of doxycycline on the activity and mRNA expression of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 in CPB in a rat model. Methods:Male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into 3 groups (n = 12,respectively):the sham group,the CPB group,and the CPB+Dox group. The rats were executed at the termination of CPB (T1),6h after termination of CPB(T2),respectively. BALF and lung tissues were harvested at T1 and T2. The activity of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 was detected by Western-blot analysis. The expression of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 in lung tissue was detected by RT-PCR. Results:The edema of lung tissue was significantly reduced in the CPB+Dox group,and neutrophils were decreased in the CPB group. The activity of MMP-9 in the CPB+Dox group decreased significantly compared with that in the CPB group and the highest expression occured after 6 h. The activity of TIMP-1 had a weaker increasing trend in the CPB and the CPB+Dox group after the ending of CPB,and the expression difference was not obvious in the response time of the two groups. The expression of MMP-9 mRNA was significantly increased after CPB in the CPB and the CPB+Dox group,but significantly decreased at T2 time point in the CPB+Dox group. The ratio of MMP-9/TIMP-1 was significantly increased in the CPB and CPB+Dox group,but the ratio in CPB+Dox group was significantly lower than that of CPB group at T2 time. Conclusion:CPB could induce the increasing of the activity and mRNA of MMP-9 of lung,causing the ratio of MMP-9/TIMP-1 imbalanced severely at the early postoperative. Doxycycline could inhibit the expression of MMP-9 activity and mRNA in rat lung tissue after CPB,and may increase the expression of TIMP-1 in rats after CPB,and inhibit the expression of MMP-9 mRNA indirectly,which could improve the ratio of MMP-9/TIMP-1 imbalance.

Abstract:Objective:The purpose of this single center study was to investigate the characteristics of predisposing factors,location of infarction selection of treatment and etc. in patients younger than 40 years with acute myocardial infarction(AMI). Methods:We collected and analyzed the clinical data of 218 patients with AMI from January 1999 to January 2009. All characteristics were compared between young (≤40 yrs) and elder patients(60~75 yrs). Results:There were 106 cases in the young group and 112 cases in the elder group. There were 46.23% patients in the young group without a clear etiology,and drinking was one of the distinctive predisposing factors for young patients. For the young group,AMI was localized in 54.64% anterior wall,followed by 48.45% inferior and posterior wall;however,for the elder group,AMI was localized mainly in 58.33% inferior and posterior wall. Compared with the elder group,the left ventricular end-systolic diameter in the young group was smaller (P < 0.01),while with no significant difference in left ventricular ejection fraction. Young patients were more likely to be treated with thrombolytic therapy,thrombolytic therapy plus selective stent implantation than the elder patients. Conclusion:Young people should pay attention to physical examination and improve the lifestyle. Young patients are more likely to have AMI in the anterior wall. Although clinical treatment is positive,it is still has a big disparity compared with the guidelines recommendation. Hospitals should speed up the establishment of green channel to benefit more partients.

Abstract:Objective:To investigate clinical effects of dendritic cells(DC) co-cultured with cytokine-induced killer cells(CIK) combined with chemotherapy on patients with advanced gastric cancer. Methods:Twenty-eight patients with advanced gastric cancer who were treated with DC-CIK combined with chemotherapy,were taken as the combined treatment group. Another twenty-eight patients who were treated with chemotherapy alone during the same period were taken as controls. T lymphocyte subtypes,intra-cellular cytokines in peripheral blood of the patients and performance status(Karnofsky,KPS) were compared between the two groups. The clinical effects were analysed. The safety were observed. Results:The ratios of CD3+,CD4+,CD56+ and CD4+/CD8+ did not change obviously in the combined treatment group and decreased in the control group after treatment,which showed significant statistical differences (P < 0.05). The IL-12 and IFN-γ were increased after treatment in the combined treatment group(P < 0.05). The IL-2,IL-12 and TNF-αwere decreased in the control group after treatment(P < 0.05). The disease control rate(DCR) of the combined therapy group and the control group were 78.6% and 53.6% respectively,which showed a significant difference(P < 0.05). The effective rate of KPS were 82.14% and 57.14% respectively(P < 0.05). Conclusion:DC-CIK cells combined with chemotherapy can improve immune functions and elevate life quality of the patients in comparision to those who take chemotherapy alone. DC-CIK cells combined with chemotherapy is likely to be an effective adoptive immunotherapy for gastric cancer.

Abstract:Objective:To compare the clinical outcomes between fresh blastocyst transfer with vitrified-thawed blastocyst transfer. Methods:From 2009 to 2011,874 cases of blastocyst transfer cycles were performed in our center,including 280 cases of fresh blastocyst transfer (group A),and 594 cases of vitrified-thawed blastocyst transfer (group B). Meanwhile a retrospective analysis was performed on the two groups by comparing clinical pregnancy rate,implantation rate,pregnancy outcomes and neonatal status. Results:①The number of transferred embryos in group A(1.88 ± 0.47) was higher than that of group B(1.70 ± 0.53),and the clinical pregnancy rate and implantation rate of group A was significantly lower than that of group B(43.93%,24.96% and 55.39%,40.51%,respectively,P < 0.05). ②No statistical differences were found in the rate of abortion,premature delivery rate,gestational age,pregnancy rate and multiple pregnancy rate in group A(13.82%,32.46%,265.49 ± 14.45d,70.16%,29.84%,respectively) and group B(16.72%,33.84%,264.43 ± 16.08 d,71.86%,28.14%,respectively). In group B,there was only one case of ectopic pregnancy,while no ectopic pregnancy in group A. ③There were no statistical differences in macrosomia,growth restriction and the rate of birth defect between group A(6%,19.66%,1.7%,respectively)and group B(9.4%,17.82%,0.9%,respectively). Conclusion:Vitrified-thawed blastocysts transplantation significantly improved blastocyst implantation rate and pregnancy rate,and did not increase neonatal birth defects,miscarriage,premature delivery rate,and there was no increase of macrosomia and neonatal growth restriction ratio at birth. Therefore,vitrified-thawed blastocysts transfer is an effective and safe protocol in ART practice.

Abstract:Objective:To explore the correlation between dietary iron intake and gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM), and provide a reference for the prevention of GDM. Methods:Totally 108 cases of GDM in prenatal women were selected according to OGTT (75 g glucose tolerance test)as GDM group, randomly selected 108 cases of pregnant women with normal glucose tolerance as the control group. Case-control analysis was carried out between the two groups. Through questionnaire survey, dietary survey and detection of iron overload level, the dietary iron intake and iron overload index were compared between the two groups. The OR values between GDM and its risk factors were analyzed by using multi-factor regression analysis. Results:The dietary iron intake in GDM was significantly higher than that in the control group(P < 0.01). The mean serum ferritin in GDM was (84.64 ± 68.19)-滋g/L, which was higher than the value of normal group(57.87 ± 55.77)-滋g/L(P = 0.002). The OR value of high dietary iron intake and risk of GDM was 1.037(95% confidence interval was 1.007~1.069). Conclusion:The high level of dietary iron intake is positively correlated with GDM.

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the effect of variable etch times on the surface structure characterization of immature permanent and permanent teeth. Methods:We collected 90 premolars extracted for orthodontic need,in which immature permanent teeth (patients aged 12 to 17) were 45 and permanent teeth (patients aged 18 or higher) were 45. The differences of enamel surface microtopography between immature permanent and permanent teeth after variable etch times were observed under scanning electron microscope (SEM),and the changes of enamel surface element content,microhardness,shear bond strength,and index of ARI,etc. were analysed. Results:SEM showed that the interprismatic substance of immature permanent teeth has started to dissolve after 15 s. The width and height of prism both decreased after 30 s. With the increase of etch time,substance dissolved gradually and normal structure of enamel prism was destroyed by acid step by step. After 60 s, normal structure of the enamel surface almost disappeared. The interprismatic substance of permanent teeth dissolved obviously after 30 s. No significant difference of the enamel surface morphology was observed with the time increased. The value of surface microhardness of permanent teeth was significantly greater than that of immature permanent teeth. After variable etch times,the shear bond strength of immature permanent and permanent teeth was of no significant difference. The calcium and phosphorus content and Ca/P ratio of immature permanent teeth showed no statistical difference,however,after 60 s the phosphorus content of permanent teeth was much smaller than that of the 45 s group,Ca/P ratio of the 60 s group was less than that of the 30 s and 45 s groups. Conclusion:In order to reduce the etched damage to the enamel surface,etch time of immature permanent teeth in the orthodontic clinic can be appropriately reduced to 15 s,and permanent teeth can be extended to 30 s.

Abstract:The outflow of nurses is becoming more and more serious in recent years. The article firstly analyzed the basic situation and characteristics about the nurses’ outflow from 2006 to 2011 of a top tertiary hospital in Nanjing city by using the method of statistic analysis and telephone follow-up, then discussed the main reasons for the loss, at last proposed some suggestions to solve the problem such as proceeding layer-management and performance management, meeting young nurses’ psychological needs, providing more opportunities of learning and advancement, and improving nurses’ professional status.

Abstract:Objective:To forecast the incidence of hepatitis A in China by multiple seasonal autoregressive integrated moving average(ARIMA) model,and to provide decision basis for prevention and control of hepatitis A. Methods:ARIMA model was established according to the data of monthly reported hepatitis A cases in China from Jan.1994 to Dec.2012. Eviews 6.0 software was performed to construct the ARIMA model,and the constructed model was applied to predict monthly incidence in the first half of 2013. The model was evaluated by actual data. Results:ARIMA(1,1,0)(2,1,2)12 exactly fitted the incidence of the previous time series,and got a good result on the predictive incidence in 2013. Conclusion:The multiple seasonal ARIMA model can be performed to make a short-term prediction and a dynamic analysis on the incidence of hepatitis A in China,and can provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of hepatitis A.

Abstract:Objective:To analyze the genetic characteristic of VP1 gene of coxsackievirus A16 (CA16) strains isolated from Jiangsu Province in 2012. Methods:A total of 14 CA16 strains isolats were selected to conduct VP1 gene amplification by using specific primers,and then sequenced and analyzed by bioinformatics software. The homology and phylogenetic analysis were conducted between the 14 isolates and other CA16 strains downloaded from Genbank,based on the sequence of VP1 gene. Results:The sequence analysis showed that the homogeneity of the nucleotide and amino acid of VP1 gene were 90.5%~100% and 98.7%~100% among 14 isolated CA16 strains,respectively. The homologies of nucleotide and amino acid of VP1 gene were 75.5%~76.7% and 91.6%~92.3% among the prototype(G10),respectively. All of the CA16 isolated strains from Jiangsu Prorice in 2012 were genogroup B and they were divided into 2 branches:B1a and B1b. Conclusion:The transmission mode was showed to be the dominant subgenotype of B1b and the secondary subgenotype of B1a,and co-circulated together. Both two subgenotypes showed close phylogenetic relationship in their own subgenotype,respectively.

Abstract:Objective:To investigate smoking behaviors and its influencing factors among Chinese urban and rural residents. Methods:The data of of Health and Nutrition Survey in China in 2009 was used for the analysis. A total of 9 995 subjects(male 4 763 and female 5 232) aged 18 years and above were involved. The index of smoking pattern included smoking rate,current smoking rate,heavy smoking rate and average numbers of cigarettes smoked per day. Multiple logistic regression was applied to analyze the data. Results:The smoking rate of residens aged 18 years and above in China was 31.06%. The current smoking rate was 27.65%(male 54.25% and female 3.44%). The median age of smokers when they stared to smoke was 20 years old,and now,their consumption were averagely 20 cigaretles everyday. The logistic stepwise regression analysis showed sex(OR=0.039,95%CI:0.033~0.046),education(OR=0.797,95%CI:0.738~0.861),alcohol drinking(OR=2.406,95%CI:2.138~2.709) and family income(OR=0.870,95%CI:0.786~0.964) were influencing factors for individual smoking. Conclusion:The residents’ smoking rate was still very high in China. The tobacco control in China is still facing the great challenge. Effective intervention measures should be implemented to control the tobacco use.

Abstract:Objective:To analyze clinical data of gonorrhea treatment with antibiotics in Jiangsu province and provide scientific basis for gonorrhea control strategy. Methods:With cluster sampling and face-to-face interview,195 clinical doctors in 13 STD monitoring spots in Jiangsu were investigated with clinical use of antibiotics for gonorrhea treatment. Logistic multifactor regression model was used for multifactor analysis. Results:Among 195 clinical doctors investigated,56.41% of them applied the combination drug therapy;88 doctors were in accordance with National Guidelines during the therapy,accounting for 80%. The combination of other infections and personal experiences and habits accounted for 18.19% and 1.82%,respectively. Those who take cephalosporins as the first choice accounted for 87.69%. The variantion of hospitals and departments had a big influence on the treatment strategy for gonorrhea(P < 0.05). With multifactor analysis,dermatosis specialized hospitals were likely to use combination drug therapy(P < 0.001),and preferred other cephalosporins antibiotics rather than ceftriaxone sodium for gonorrhea treatment(P < 0.001). Instead of the National Guidelines,dermatologists mostly relied on personal habits and experiences to treat gonorrhea(P < 0.05). Conclusion:It is necessary to strengthen the awareness of gonorrhea treatment standards for clinical doctors,especially for the doctors in dermatosis specialized hospitals. Clinical drug application training should be enhanced to improve the level of diagnosis and treatment of gonorrhea,and to better control the STD/AIDS transmission in Jiangsu province.

Abstract:Objective:To explore the value of 18F-FDG PET/CT on clinical staging and assessment of chemotherapy response in patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma(DLBCL). Methods:18F-FDG PET/CT was performed before and after 3 or 4 cycles of chemotherapy in 29 patients with DLBCL. The patients were divided into three the groups:no response group,the partial response group and the complete response group. We compared the complete remission rate(CR) between the three groups. χ2 test and Fisher exact test were performed with SPSS 17.0. Results:The stage of disease was changed in three patients(10.3%,3/29)on the basis of pre-treatment 18F-FDG PET/CT. CR rates of the no response group,the partial response group and the complete response group were 16.7%,69.2% and 80.0%,respectively(χ2 = 7.033,P = 0.030). CR rates of the complete response group and the partial response group were significantly higher than those of the no response group(χ2 = 4.310,P = 0.038;χ2 = 5.730,P = 0.017). Conclusion:18F-FDG PET/CT may be useful for clinical staging and assessment of chemotherapy response of middle stage in DLBCL.
