To provide targeted suggestions for China’s internet medical infrastructure construction，this paper uses the global Super?SBM model to calculate the medical resource service efficiency based on the panel data of medical and health industries in 31 provinces(cities，autonomous regions)from 2011 to 2018，and then builds PVAR model to empirically analyze the impact of internet construction on China’s medical resource service efficiency，and examines the impact of internet construction on China’s medical resource utilization efficiency and scale efficiency through efficiency decomposition. It is found that internet construction has overall improved the service efficiency of medical resources in China. This is because the promotion effect of internet construction on the utilization efficiency of medical resources in China as a whole exceeds its inhibition effect on scale efficiency，while the specific indicators of internet construction will have different effects. Accordingly，it is proposed that while accelerating the overall construction of the internet，the government should examine the specific impact of each construction indicators and adjust the investment and construction of each indicators in time.
