To analyze the current situation and needs of the integrity culture construction of medical group member units，this research conducts a questionnaire survey on the incorruptible education，incorruptible system， incorruptible supervision， incorruptible culture construction effect and incorruptible culture construction needs of seven member units. We build a fuzzy evaluation model to evaluate the incorruptible culture construction of the medical group. The results show that the seven group members all achieve high scores on the incorruptible culture construction，but there are also differences in details. The construction of incorruptible culture has a long way to go. Based on the different needs from each group member，we should simultaneously promote the standardization and differentiation of incorruptible culture construction in the medical group.
