    摘要:

    为探究医学本科生电子健康素养的影响因素,对安徽省三所医学院校2 260名医学本科生进行问卷调查。结果显示,医学本科生的电子健康素养得分(73.26±10.82)分;回归分析显示,变量差异中是否接触健康促进相关课程、母亲受教育程度、年级、是否独生子女、性别,动机因素中健康自我管理能力、自评健康状态、对健康的态度,以及效能因素中网络自我效能感是医学本科生电子健康素养的影响因素;中介效应检测发现,网络效能感在健康自我管理能力与电子健康素养之间起着部分中介作用。在电子健康使用互动模型视角下,应充分发挥动机因素和效能因素的作用,提升医学本科生电子健康素养水平。

    Abstract:

    To explore the influencing factors of eHealth literacy among medical undergraduates, a questionnaire was conducted on 2 260 medical undergraduates from three medical colleges in Anhui Province. The results showed that the eHealth literacy score of medical undergraduates in Anhui Province was(73.26± 10.82);Multiple linear hierarchical regression analysis showed that variables including exposure to health promotion - related courses,educational level of the mother,grade level,being as the only child,and gender. There were also motivational factors including health self - management ability,self - rated health status and attitude towards health,and online self - efficacy in efficacy factors were all influencing factors of eHealth literacy of medical undergraduates. Mediation effect analysis revealed that online efficacy partially mediates the relationship between health self -management ability and eHealth literacy. From the perspective of the eHealth use interaction model,it is crucial to give a full play on the role of motivation factors and efficacy factors to promote the effective management of self-health of medical students to improve their self-rated health status and health attitude,boost their online self-efficacy,and therefore improve their eHealth literacy level.
