    摘要:

    为了解医学生生命意义感及影响因素,选取江苏省某医科院校的631例在校大学生进行线上调查,为制定针对性的干预措施提供参考。结果显示,医学生生命意义感总分(101.04±18.65) 分,处于中等水平。被调查医学生心理资本总分及各维度得分与生命意义感总分及各维度得分均呈正相关。回归分析显示,性别、是否担任学生干部、家庭教养方式、心理资本是医学生生命意义感的影响因素。医学生生命意义感水平还有待提高,高校教育者可以不同的影响因素为切入点, 制定相应的教育策略。

    Abstract:

    To understand the meaning in life of medical students and its influencing factors,631 college students in a medical college in Jiangsu Province were selected to conduct an online survey,providing a reference for formulating targeted intervention measures. The results showed that the total score of medical students’meaning in life(101.04 ± 18.65) was in the middle level. The total score and the scores of each dimension of the psychological capital of the surveyed medical students are positively correlated with the total score and the scores of each dimension of their sense of meaning in life. Regression analysis showed that gender,whether holding a leadership position,family rearing style,and psychological capital were the influencing factors of medical students’sense of meaning in life. The study concludes that medical students’ sense of meaning in life needs to be improved and college educators may formulate corresponding educational strategies based on different influencing factors.
