    摘要:

    新医科建设、医学教育创新发展对医疗创新人才的培养提出了明确要求,护理专业人才的创新培养对防治结合的医疗体系建设起着关键作用。新型护理学专业人才的培养需提高人才对知识的应用和创新能力。研究型教学立足实践、注重交叉、突出创新,在培养学生创造性思维和创新能力方面成效显著。但当前护理专业人才培养中的研究型教学推进缓慢,面临学生参与度低、师资力量不足和实施差异大等困境,亟须从学生主体性激发、师资专业化建设、教学实践规范及基础保障完善等方面系统推进改革。

    Abstract:

    The construction of new medical science and reforms in medical education have proposed clear requirements for the training of innovative healthcare professionals,which plays a critical role in building an integrated healthcare system that combines prevention and control. The development of new nursing professionals requires strengthening them to apply knowledge and foster innovation. Research - based teaching, which is grounded in practice, emphasizes interdisciplinary approaches and highlights innovation with remarkable results in cultivating students’ creative thinking and innovation capabilities. However, the advancement of research - based teaching in nursing education remains slow,facing challenges such as low student engagement,insufficient teaching resources,and significant variations in implementation. There is an urgent need to systematically promote reforms by stimulating student initiative,enhancing the professional development of faculty,standardizing teaching practices,and improving foundational support mechanisms.
