    摘要:

    临床阶段是医学生成长的关键时期,这一阶段思政教育对培养合格卫生健康人才意义重大。当前临床阶段医学生思政教育面临着体系不够健全、内容相对空泛、方式相对单一等困境, 原因在于医院管理层认知不足、对思政教育规律把握不深、校院体制机制不协调、外部环境消极影响等。对此,应坚持医教协同推进校院一体化建设;通过契合学生需求、重视实践活动、运用新技术等方式,推动附属医院思政工作守正创新;优化思政教育激励机制,增强附属医院全员育人的积极性和主动性;强化医院育人氛围和组织文化建设,提升文化品味,培育人文品牌,打造文化场域, 增强育人能力。

    Abstract:

    The clinical stage is a critical period for the growth of medical students,and the ideological and political education at this stage is of great significance for cultivating qualified healthcare professionals. The current ideological and political education for medical students in the clinical stage faces several difficulties, including inadequate systems,relatively general content,and comparatively lacking variety in instructional methods. These dilemmas are due to insufficient awareness among hospital management,limited understanding of the laws of ideological and political education,the incompatibility of the system and mechanism between schools and hospitals,and the negative impact of the external environment. In this regard,it is essential to promote the integrated construction of schools and hospitals through medical education cooperation. By aligning with the needs of students,emphasizing practical activities,and incorporating new technologies,it promotes the integrity and innovation of the ideological and political work of the affiliated hospitals. It is also crucial to optimize the incentive mechanism of ideological and political education to enhance the enthusiasm and initiative of all staff in the affiliated hospital participating in education. Furthermore,efforts should be made to create a strong educational atmosphere and organizational culture within the hospital,upgrade the cultural taste, cultivate a humanistic identity,and construct a rich cultural space to enhance the capacity for education.
