    为了考察医学研究生专业承诺对学习倦怠的影响,并检验心理弹性在其中的中介作用以及社会支持的调节作用,该研究采用多个量表对244名医学研究生进行调查。结果显示,专业承诺与学习倦怠水平显著负相关,心理弹性在专业承诺与学习倦怠之间起部分中介作用,社会支持水平对专业承诺与学习倦怠中介路径的前半段的调节效应显著,即个体社会支持水平较高时,专业承诺显著正向预测心理弹性,而随着社会支持水平降低,影响作用不再显著。研究表明,心理弹性及社会支持水平在医学研究生的专业承诺对学习倦怠的影响中起有调节的中介作用。

    Abstract:

    To investigate the impact of professional commitment on academic burnout among medical graduate students,and to examine the mediating role of psychological resilience and the moderating effect of social support,this study surveyed 244 medical graduate students using several standardized scales. The results indicated that professional commitment was significantly negatively correlated with academic burnout level. Psychological resilience partially mediated the relationship between professional commitment and academic burnout. Additionally,social support level significantly moderated the first half of the mediating pathway between professional commitment and academic burnout. Specifically,when individuals maintained higher levels of social support,professional commitment significantly and positively predicted psychological resilience. However, as the social support level decreased, this impact level is no longer significant. Therefore, psychological resilience and social support level play a mediating and moderating role in the impact of professional commitment on academic burnout among medical graduate students.
