Abstract:As the core value orientation for the construction of the teaching workforce in the new era, the spirit of educators has important theoretical value and practical significance for deepening teachers' ethics development. By examining the generative logic and core principles of the spirit of educators, this study analyzes its internal mechanism in guiding teachers' ethics development. It also identifies practical dilemmas, including the instrumentalization of training, the fragmentation of construction, the externalization of cultivation, and the disconnection between knowledge and practice. This study proposes a "four-in-one" teacher ethics development framework guided by the spirit of educators, which includes full-cycle professional development training, institutionalized evaluation and incentive mechanisms, the construction of teacher ethics on campus, and multi-party coordinated cultivation. Guided by the spirit of educators, the main purpose is to strengthen teachers' core values and to cultivate high standards of teaching ethics and conduct. This framework aims to promote a paradigm shift in teachers' ethics development from knowledge transmission to value guidance, and from passive compliance to voluntary self-cultivation, thereby building a high-quality professional teaching team.
