    摘要:

    文章基于人工智能赋能医学生人文素养培养的必要性、限度及其出路的分析框架,深入探讨了人工智能所营造的场景再现难以取代师生基于生命关怀的情感共鸣,提供的个性化教学难以杜绝价值偏差与伦理风险,给予的技术辅助难以根本激发医学生学习热情,依仗的表层化评价指标难以全面反映医学生培育质量。为此,要强化师生情感互动,融合技术优势与人文关怀;构建人机协同机制,重视价值引导与伦理规范;重构教育内核,激发医学生学习内驱力;优化评价体系,推进多维动态考核,实现教师引导与人工智能助力的统一。

    Abstract:

    Based on an analytical framework of the necessity, limitations, and potential solutions of AI-empowered humanistic education for medical students, this article presents the following limitations. AI-generated scenario recreations cannot replace the teacher-student emotional resonance rooted in compassion for life. AI-delivered personalized instruction cannot fully prevent value biases and ethical risks. The technical assistance AI offers cannot fundamentally stimulate medical students’ intrinsic motivation to learn, and the reliance on superficial evaluation indicators cannot fully reflect the quality of cultivation. Therefore, the article proposes strengthening teacher-student emotional interaction by integrating technological advantages with humanistic care. It is also important to establish human-AI collaboration mechanisms, emphasizing value guidance and ethical norms. Additionally, it is vital to reconstruct the core of education to activate medical students’ intrinsic learning motivation. Lastly, the article suggests optimizing the evaluation system by promoting multidimensional dynamic assessment to align teacher guidance with AI assistance.
