Abstract:To explore the current status and influencing factors of the public's willingness to acquire health information through public digital service platforms, and to promote the transformation of health information delivery and public services, this study employed convenience sampling to conduct a survey on urban and rural residents in Anhui, who are digitally engaged. Among the 2 597 respondents who had installed the WanShiTong App, 79.47% expressed willingness to acquire government-issued health information. Generalized ordered logistic regression analysis revealed that demographic factors (female, aged 60 or above, married), health and behavioral factors (good self-rated health, having no chronic diseases, having received medical examinations within the past five years), system usability, and trust in government were key determinants of health information acquisition willingness. The study recommends that public digital platforms adopt scenario-driven precise service integration for personalized services. By enhancing user experience and strengthening trust in government, mobile government platforms can be expanded into comprehensive service portals, thus transforming public services from passive provision to proactive value creation.
