Abstract:Objective: Investigation of satisfaction of country doctors analysis of the influence factors.then make country doctors play a better role in the three level of health service network in rural area and the rural health human resources stable.Methods:The ERG theory is used as the framework to design the questionnaires. Among 180 country doctors,a questionnaire survey on job satisfaction was conducted about their job satisfaction. Data were analyzed by a structural equation model for determining the influencing factors . Results:The growth was of the largest effect to the total satisfaction(β =0. 67, P < 0.01), the work environment was of next(=0. 52, P < 0.01), relationship was of weaker effect (β = 0.14, P < 0.01) . The rewards and punishment system, evaluation standard, benefits, training, promotion opportunities are important factors affecting job satisfaction. Conclusion:Measures can be taken to improve country doctors job satisfaction,such as improve the country doctors’ income, establish fair and reasonable compensation mechanism, provide more opportunities to skills training ,and build up a harmonious working environment . improve rural doctors satisfaction.
