    摘要:

    摘要 目的:探究优质病区护士压力的来源和应对方式。方法:对南京市3所三甲医院优质护理示范病区238名护士进行了问卷调查。结果:优质病区护士压力在科室、学历、职称三个方面的差异有统计学意义,优质病区护士积极应对得分均大于消极应对得分。结论:建议采取积极的应对方式,减少压力源,增加人员的配备,合理排班制度,提高护士的工作热情和满意度。

    Abstract:

    [Abstract]Objective:To evaluate the stress source and coping style of nurses in high-quality ward . Methods: A total 0f 238 nurses from high-quality nursing demonstration wards of three third-grade class-A hospitals in nanjing were investigated . Results :The stress of nurses in high-quality wards showed statistical differences in the term of department 、educational background and professional title . The score of positive coping styles of nurses in high-quality wards all more than the score of native coping styles of whom.Negative coping style was positively correlated with the stress of the nurses.( r=0.218 P<0.01) Conclusion: reasonable and effective measures should be adopted to reduce nurses, stress source .To enhance job enthuse and satisfaction of nurses,we should rationally allocate human resources,make Scheduling system reasonable and promote welfare for nurses.
