Mutual blood donation has played a positive rolein the security of first aid andclinical blood transfusion.Meanwhile,problems aboutthe system level and operation level also exist. On the base ofexplaining the relevant laws and regulation about mutual blood donation,this article analyzes and sums up problems and reasons of mutual blood donation in our country at present, at the same timeit puts forward effective solutions. The aim is to change the confusing situationof blood donation, increase the public awareness of voluntary blood donation and ensure the supply and quality ofclinical blood transfusion.
