the article analyses the usage of three major kinds of medical equipment usage and the economic benefits of PET / CT (including equipment revenue; cost analysis; payback period analysis and break-even analysis) in a hospital. The article proposed the suggestions from three aspects: how to improve the economic efficiency of medical equipment, management level and social benefits.
