Patent has been the important work content of the hospital, but also been the important sign of actual strength of scientific research in hospital. The patent is an important part of assets in health system and it is an important duty to strengthen the management and protection of patent.Through the investigation of patent work status in Jiangsu Province health system, This paper analysis the existing problems in patent work of health system, and provides the corresponding countermeasures, in order to promote the patent work in Jiangsu Province health system.
