Abstract:Into the twenty-first century, an important trend is the increasing degree of internationalization in the development of medical education, international exchanges and cooperation have become increasingly diversed, personnel exchanges between countries have become increasingly frequent, reform and development of medical education is no longer independent and closed. As a case of medical educational mode of the United States, Japan, Canada, the article has analyzed the characteristics of Americas medical education, similarities and differences among the three countries, and internal reason with which similarities and differences exist at the same time, to provide references for medical education reform of our country.
