    摘要:

    进入二十一世纪,医学教育发展的一个重要趋势是国际化程度日益深入,国际间的交往与合作日益多元,国家间的人才交流日益频繁,每一个国家医学教育的改革与发展都不可能再是独立的和封闭的。本文以美、日、加三国医学人才培养模式为研究对象,分析美洲医学教育的特点,探析彼此间存在的异同,以及这种异同并存格局形成的内在原因,以期为我国医学教育改革提供借鉴和参考。

    Abstract:

    Into the twenty-first century, an important trend is the increasing degree of internationalization in the development of medical education, international exchanges and cooperation have become increasingly diversed, personnel exchanges between countries have become increasingly frequent, reform and development of medical education is no longer independent and closed. As a case of medical educational mode of the United States, Japan, Canada, the article has analyzed the characteristics of Americas medical education, similarities and differences among the three countries, and internal reason with which similarities and differences exist at the same time, to provide references for medical education reform of our country.
