Abstract:Objective: To explore the the Medical Graduate happiness status and related factors, to provide a basis to improve medical students' subjective well-being. Methods: Randomly selected 260 medical graduate of Nanjing Medical University as a research sample, according to the general well-being scale, graduate and doctoral students to analyze. Results: (1) Medical Postgraduates subjective well-being scores were higher than the national norm in the mid to upper level (2) Graduate subjective well-being score there are significant differences in terms of gender. (3) PhD subjective well-being in life satisfaction and interest, energy and relaxation and tension were higher than graduate. (4) graduate students of different age groups in life satisfaction and interest, energy and relaxation and tension score difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: gender, education and age differences graduate subjective well-being.
